Classes
All classes below are offered in the afternoon or the evening. All classes are one hour in length. + Ballet for Exercise Class will include a ballet warm-up, center combinations and traveling combinations. Ballet is a great form of exercise because it incorporates all of the main muscle groups and can increase flexibility. + Jazz for Exercise Class will include a jazz warm-up, center combinations and traveling combinations. This class incorporates music of today and dance combinations similar to what is seen on television and Broadway. + Tap for Exercise Class will include a warm-up, center combinations and traveling combinations. It is a rhythmic form of dance using tap shoes. A great form of exercise, building coordination and fun!! |
